| Is
Your Boat On Our List Of Boats We Have Patterns For? If your boat IS ON this list, then proceed to order using our secure online purchasing process below. If your boat IS NOT ON this list, then you must follow these instructions below to take some measurements so we may help accurately build your Unihelm to fit perfectly into your RIB.
Please follow the measurement
instructions listed below. Each Unihelm is built to exact specifications to
match the deadrise and interior dimensions of each boat. The measurements
are easy to make using a cardboard pattern, (that we can supply by mail if
desired) or you can make the measurements without the pattern and simply
call them in or email us the dimensions. Deck Style (see drawing 1 below). Pick the drawing below that most closely matches your boat's deck style. Note number on the top of the template or call in or email us your dimensions. For boat style #1, some users, simply order the standard Unihelm and build angled shims to wedge under the base metal to account for the angle of their deck. Others simply bolt the standard Unihelm onto their angle deck ensuring it achieves a secure attachment. For boat style #2, tell us what the width of usable flat deck area is. (Where the flat floor ends and the angle of the deck begins) For boat style #1 & #2, to achieve the angle of the deck areas, if required, punch out the two small perforated cardboard strips from the middle of the supplied template. Place the cardboard strips flush to the bottom of the hull equal distance from the centerline of the template. Scribe outline of the small cardboard strips with a pencil for an exact measurement of the deck angle. (See drawing 2 below). If you're unsure, call us and we can discuss this in more detail with you. If you understand these clearly, you can simply email or call in your dimensions, particularly if you have boat style #3 or 4.
