The
following terms, conditions and other information apply to all
custom product sales from All Inflatables.com. For all other
products see OEM or wholesale supplier's terms and conditions.

Prices
All prices in US funds, unless otherwise listed.
Check
Payment Shipping:
On payment by check, shipping occurs after clearance of checks.
Taxes
and other Fees:
For USA and
international customers, no taxes apply.
For Canadian customers living in BC, add GST and PST
(Provincial sales tax).
For all other Canadian customers, add GST. Duties, border
broker fees and additional taxes may apply to some products
Shipping:
All shipping costs are extra, unless otherwise noted in a
special offer. Shipping is via UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified) and pre-paid within Canada's
provinces and continental USA, unless otherwise noted in a special
offer. UPS Air shipping is available
upon request.
Delivery
Time:
Normally within 7-14 business days from receipt of order for UPS
Ground. If there
is a delay of over 5 days above this timeframe we will attempt to notify
you.
Customs:
For USA orders, shipping is F.O.B Blaine, Washington, for most
products, with all
customs clearing and brokerage paid for by the manufacturer.
Claims:
Make certain to check your order on receipt of goods.
In
Case of Damage:
Make claim with carrier.
Money
Back Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you
purchased, you may return it, freight
pre-paid, within seven (7) days of receipt by you. The product must be
unused, complete with all components, fasteners, etc, and in its
original box. Copy of purchase receipt must be sent with products.
Credit is subject to inspection by manufacturer. You must call for
an authorization number and return address prior to returning the
product. (Differs across product lines)
If the product has
been installed / used and the product does not perform because of
a fault by the manufacturer, no restocking charge applies. If the
manufacturer is not at fault, they reserve the right to charge a
restocking charge depending on work required to bring the product
back to "as new" condition. Same conditions as above apply.
All transactions are
governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

One-Year
Limited Warranty ("Custom" Products Only - see other product
lines for warranty information)
The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that their
consumer products will be free from defective materials or
workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1)
year from the original purchase date.
All
implied warranties, including merchantability, are also limited in
duration to the year period from original purchase date. The
manufacturer or All Inflatables.com, or
Paragon Marketing Services Inc., their
shareholders, directors, associates, etc
shall not be liable for loss of use of any of it's consumer
products. Nor shall the manufacturer or All Inflatables.com, or
Paragon
Marketing Services Inc., their
shareholders, directors, associates, etc be liable for other incidental or
consequential costs, expenses or damages incurring by the original
consumer purchaser or by any other person, firm or corporation.
Some
Provinces and States do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may or may not,
apply to you. Some Provinces and States do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This
warranty is void if the consumer product warranted has been
damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service
or other cause not arising out of defects in material or
workmanship.
During
the warranty period, your product will either be repaired or it
will be replaced with a like product (manufacturer's option) without
charge to the original consumer purchaser when returned prepaid
and insured, with proof of purchase date to the manufacturer. In
the event of replacement, the replacement product will continue
the warranty of the original product, or ninety (90) days,
whichever is longer.
IMPORTANT:
For this warranty to be effective, the manufacturer must be
supplied with proof of purchase date of product.
The
manufacturer does not authorize any other person or company to
create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with
any of its products.
