Terms, Conditions and Other Info
- For Engine Covers, Cases and Unique Products Only -

The following terms, conditions and other information apply to all sales:

Check Payment Shipping:
On payment by check, shipping occurs after clearance of checks.

Taxes:
For USA and international customers, no taxes apply.
For Canadian customers living in BC, add GST and PST (Provincial sales tax).
For all other Canadian customers, add  GST.

Shipping:
All shipping costs are extra, unless otherwise noted in a special offer. Shipping is via UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified) and pre-paid within Canada's provinces and continental USA, unless otherwise noted in a special offer. UPS Air shipping is available upon request. 

All appropriate taxes, shipping and insurance charges are added to the total cost of the order and are the responsibility of the customer. As well, all Customs and Brokerage fee's are the responsibility of the customer. Our checkout area will calculate tax and shipping charges based upon the geographical location set for delivery. Products are typically shipped via mail or courier to Canada and the US. On International orders we will confirm shipping method and rates via e-mail. For goods damaged in shipping we require notification within 72 hours of delivery so that we can claim with our carriers.

Delivery Time:
Normally within 7-14 working days from receipt of order for Ground shipping - subject to location, product ordered and order size. Some products, such as custom engine covers, may take longer due to their custom manufacturer.

Return Policy
For any returns, a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained by contacting All Inflatables.com.
Please call 1-604-533-0990 or email for a return authorization number and address.

When applying for authorization, please include data regarding the reason the item is to be returned. All products must be returned to the manufacturer prepaid by the shipper. For your protection, items being returned must be carefully packed to prevent damage in shipment. The manufacturer (Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd.) nor All Inflatables.com or Paragon Marketing Services Inc. will not be responsible for damage resulting from careless or insufficient packing or loss in transit.

There is a standard 20% cancellation fee on any order cancelled after receipt of order but prior to shipping. After shipment, upon authorization by All Inflatables.com, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA#) will be issued and products can be returned for credit or exchange, provided the original purchaser makes the request within 3 weeks of purchase. Returned merchandise must be new and unused. Customer pays all return freight charges and brokerage fees. A restocking fee of 35% will be assessed and a credit will be issued to the original purchaser. Merchandise cannot be returned more than 3 weeks after date of purchase from All Inflatables.com.

Repairs
If product is under warranty, the manufacturer will repair or replace the returned product (with the same or functionally equivalent product) as expeditiously as possible and practical. The manufacturer will then return the product at its expense via a shipping method (carrier to be at sole discretion of the manufacturer) equal to or faster than the method used by the shipper. If the manufacturer is unable, within a reasonable time (as defined by the manufacturer), to repair or replace any product to a condition as warranted, the original purchaser may request in writing a full refund of the original purchase price.

Out-of-warranty products will be repaired at a nominal charge. The manufacturer will return the repaired product at customer expense via a shipping method (carrier to be at sole discretion of Tte manufacturer) equal to or faster than the method used by the shipper.

Warranty
All products manufactured by Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. have a Limited One Year Warranty, to be free from significant deviations in materials, workmanship and within the boundaries set forth in this warranty statement.
The manufacturer will, at their sole discretion, correct the product problem or replace the product.

This warranty shall not apply to product problems resulting from:

  1. Improper application.

  2. Inadequate site maintenance or preparation by the buyer or user.

  3. Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

  4. Operation outside of the approved specifications of the product.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness, or adequacy for any particular purpose or use. Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. or All Inflatables.com or Paragon Marketing Services Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. In no event shall Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. or All Inflatables.com or Paragon Marketing Services Inc. be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits or loss of time) resulting from a failure of an Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. product. In all cases, Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd.or All Inflatables.com or Paragon Marketing Services Inc. liability will be limited to the original cost of the Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. product in question. No employee or agent of Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. or All Inflatables.com or Paragon Marketing Services Inc. has the authority to modify the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. or All Inflatables.com or Paragon Marketing Services Inc..

Tough Duck Outdoor Products Ltd. reserves the right to make improvements in design, construction, and appearance of products without notice.

We've outlined some of our policies below so that you can find out how we do things. Delivery

Every you order is made custom from scratch, especially for you! This means we need a little time to make your product before we ship it off to you. We work hard at getting your products made as quickly as possible and ask that you please allow up to two weeks for production prior to shipping. Thank you.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

  • We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
     

  • Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges.
     

  • All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.

IMPORTANT: For this warranty to be effective, the manufacturer must be supplied with proof of purchase date of product.

The manufacturer does not authorize any other person or company to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with any of its products.

All transactions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
